…enthusiastic, dedicated teams looking to make a big difference in how healthcare is delivered.  The Institute of Medicine estimates that $750 billion is wasted in healthcare every year and we are excited to work with teams passionate on making that number smaller.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • We actively assist our companies with customer contacts to get them to predictable revenue targets and models to grow to $100,000 in monthly recurring revenue.

  • We prefer a strong founding team, possessing varied skills that include technical expertise, sales, and operational experience in senior leadership. We can help identify other key additions as needed.

  • The healthcare industry is constantly changing so we look for teams that have some healthcare experience in senior management.

  • We target digital health solutions that can scale quickly, solving a big problem in an industry seeking solutions.

HOW WE INVEST

  • We are a seed-stage venture fund. We partner early with entrepreneurs as they get started on growing their venture.

  • We actively advise our portfolio companies in various ways, including helping with introductions to health system customers, building teams, and advising on operations and management. As such we will usually hold a seat on the board.

  • We participate in priced equity round offerings.

  • We generally take the lead in a portfolio company's funding round and can assist founders build syndicates with other interested investors.
